CHARLOTTE, NC - ScentAir Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of scent branding solutions for retailers and brand marketers announced today that Connecticut based venture capital firm Alerion Partners had made a significant investment in the company.
ScentAir also announced that along with the investment Managing Partners Bruce Failing and Norman Tsang would both join ScentAir's Board of Directors. Mr. Failing and Mr. Tsang join the board along with newly appointed member William Boyd, former CEO of Muzak LLC, the well known environmental music provider, Bob Nourse, founder and former CEO of specialty retailer The Bombay Company, and Bob Nakasone, former CEO of the Toys R Us retail chain.
