Challenge
The Dinosphere exhibit at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis is one of the largest displays of actual juvenile and family dinosaur fossils in the United States. The museum wanted to create a truly immersive experience. Great pains were taken with lighting, signage and audio-visual presentations to meticulously re-create an environment that existed 65 million years ago. ScentAir was contacted to complete the multi-sensory experience.

Solution
The Children’s Museum had several unique requests for ScentAir. Along with the fragrant aroma of Magnolia and the lush scent of Rainforest, the museum wanted to create the smell of Dinosaur Dung for an interactive exhibit on the sense of smell. It was a little out of the ordinary, but we could never turn down such an interesting challenge. Now museum guests experience the true environment of the Cretaceous Period.
